Pinterest Management

Pinterest is a powerful search engine that requires constant upkeep in order to maximize the benefits. I will take your Pinterest to the next level by researching keywords and hashtags for your business, revamping your current boards, and providing suggestions on how you can improve your strategy.

I have experience with managing and scheduling in Tailwind, as well as writing the descriptions for each pin.

We will start by talking about your goals for the project and your timeline. I also want to hear about you! I always research the business I will be doing work for, but I want to hear from you about your brand and your work style.

Discovery

Create
Time to get to work! I will start working on your project, and make sure you are happy every step of the way. My style is to ask all necessary questions in one or as few emails as possible. I will check-in along the project timeline in order to make sure our vision is the same!
Wrap-Up
At the completion of our project, I will make sure you are set up for success. I will provide any necessary training documentation, video tutorials, and any final files. I will also be available for 30-days in case any questions come up after completion!

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

I work on a fixed project rate, which depends on your project. After our initial discussion I will provide a proposal with cost and timeline in more detail. After we finish our project, we can discuss possibilities of a monthly retainer.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO START OUR PROJECT?

All projects will require the Project Questionnaire to be completed, with any necessary documentation prior to starting the project. This could include any brand details, copy and images to be used, or system log-in information. I love to know how you like to work too! Do you prefer email? Do you prefer Dropbox or Google Drive for transferring files and information? This is everything we will cover in our discovery process as well!

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS LIKE?

It will depend on your project. If your project is file based, I will require full payment before handing over any finalized files, graphics, or system access. For any work including system design or website design, I require 50% at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% at the time the work is complete.

 

WILL YOU BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE PROJECT COMPLETION?

Yes! Every project comes with a 30-day window after we go our separate ways. I am available for 30 days, at no additional cost, to help you with any questions you may have and support with the project I completed. This warranty period covers the work that was completed during the project. Any additions or changes would result in a new contract on an hourly basis. I do have retainer packages available as well for any on-going project needs.
